Chicago Dogs

What is your favorite Hot Dog? I would say that the Chicago Dog is definetly one of mine! But like a bloody mary, it has to be done a certain way. I got one today for lunch at Chicago Al's in Baton Rouge, LA. It was quite tasty, the dog itself was perfect. Nice tight casing and juicy inside, gives it a nice bite. Poppy Seed bun, half slices of tomato (not diced), kosher pickle spear, onions, mustard and bright green sweet pickle relish and then the big finish with the sprinkling of celery salt. They also serve their fountain drinks over snow ball ice :)
